Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of cleaning services ("Services") by Rancor Technologies Corp operating as Andes ("Company") to the customer ("Customer").
By engaging our Services, the Customer agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
2.1 The Company offers a range of cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, as described on our website or in our service quote.
2.2 The specific Services to be provided, the schedule, and the price will be agreed upon purchase through our website before the commencement of Services.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel Services at our discretion, for example, due to safety concerns, access issues, or non-payment.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 The Customer is responsible for providing a safe working environment for our cleaning staff. This includes:
* Ensuring clear access to the areas to be cleaned.
* Securing any fragile or valuable items.
* Informing us of any potential hazards, such as pets or allergies.
* Ensuring pets are out of the house during the service or contained in an appropriate kennel or repository.
3.2 The Customer is responsible for providing access to utilities necessary for the Services, such as water and electricity.
3.3 The Customer is responsible for informing us of any specific cleaning instructions or preferences.
4. Satisfaction guarantee
4.1 If Customer is not satisfied with the results of the cleaning, the Company will repeat the service for free until customer satisfaction is achieved. No refunds will be provided.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment for Services is due as per the agreed-upon payment schedule outlined in the service agreement or quote.
5.2 The Company accepts credit card and INTERAC as forms of payment
5.3 Late payments may be subject to late payment fees as specified in the service agreement or quote.
6 Cancellations and Rescheduling
6.1 If the Customer needs to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.
6.2 Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 10%
7. Liability
7.1 The Company is insured for general liability
7.2 The Company takes reasonable care in providing our Services, but the Company is not liable for any damage caused by:
* Pre-existing conditions of the property.
* Normal wear and tear.
* Negligence on the part of the Customer.
* Failure to follow our cleaning instructions.
* Inherent defects in materials or surfaces being cleaned.
7.3 Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the Services provided.
7.4 The Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of any valuables that are not properly secured.
8. Claims
8.1 Any claims for damage or unsatisfactory service must be made in writing within 3 days of the service date.
8.2 The Company will investigate all claims promptly and in good faith.
9. Termination
9.1 Either party may terminate the service agreement with 1 day written notice.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Alberta Canada.
11. Entire Agreement
11.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Services.
12. Modifications
12.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or otherwise communicated to the Customer.
