Service Description
The property must be empty. What is included: Up to 970 sqft - ideal for a small apartment or basement suite. Up to 1500 sqft - 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms. Up to 3000 sqft - 3 to 5 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms. Up to 4500 sqft - 5+ bedrooms, 4+ bathrooms Kitchen: Wipe counters and undercounter appliances, wash outside and inside cupboards and drawers, microwave, stove top, faucet handle, polish stainless steel. Bathroom: Light fixtures, cabinet front and inside, shower/tub/walls, toilet, glass/mirrors, polish chrome or stainless steel. Living room: remove dust from light fixtures shelfs. Dining room: remove dust from light fixtures shelfs. Bedrooms: remove dust from light fixtures shelfs, clean mirrors. Windows: Clean inside windows and outside windows where reachable. Floors: vacuum all carpeted areas, mop/sweep all wood and tile floors. Appliances: All appliances deep cleaned. Add-ons (not included): You can add these to your service once we get to site. * Carpets steam cleaned * Garage floors pressure washed * Hauling and disposal of garbage and small left behind pieces of furniture
Cancellation Policy
Service may be rescheduled up to 1 hr prior to the service start date and time with no additional charge. If rescheduled with less than 1 hr notice a fee of $20 applies. All cancelations where customer requires a refund are subject to 7% cancellation fee.
