Service Description
What is included: Up to 970 sqft - small apartment or basement suite Kitchen: Wipe counters and undercounter appliances, wash outside cupboards, microwave, stove top, faucet handle, polish stainless steel. Bathroom: Light fixtures, cabinet front, shower/tub/walls, toilet, glass/mirrors, polish chrome or stainless steel. Living room: vacuum furniture, remove dust from light fixtures shelfs. Dining room: vacuum furniture, remove dust from light fixtures shelfs and dining table. Bedrooms: remove dust from light fixtures shelfs night tables, clean mirrors. Windows: Clean inside windows. Floors: vacuum all carpeted areas, mop/sweep all wood and tile floors. Appliances: Oven and fridge add-on (extra cost) Our staff doesn't do laundry or organize personal effects. Please ensure all personal clothing is organized and out of the way.
Cancellation Policy
Service may be rescheduled up to 1 hr prior to the service start date and time with no additional charge. If rescheduled with less than 1 hr notice a fee of $20 applies. All cancelations where customer requires a refund are subject to 7% cancellation fee.
